place by 1pm)

Friday, March 30 - 8:30am-7pm (Welcome Reception at 6pm)
Saturday, March 31 - 8am-4pm
Sunday, April 1 - optional if you want to stay

50% non refundable deposit required to hold space

EXHIBIT SPACE CONTRACT
By submitting a signed copy of this contract, we
request space in the exhibit area of the Southeast Veterinary Conference®
with our preference for space(s) listed below. The cost of a single booth is
$1,200.00; oversize $1,500.00; double $2,000.00. This includes registration
for three to five representatives per exhibitor. Due to a change in venue
there will be a $55.00 added charge for electric and internet hook-up for
each booth.
Each perimeter space (Floor Displays) is approximately 7’x10’
Interior spaces (Table Tops) approximately 6’x9’
piped/draped & consists of:
1. One (1) 6’ or 8’x24” draped table
2. Two (2) chairs
4. Guard Services
5. General maintenance of aisles, lighting, & air conditioning.
This fee does not include:
1. Storage and placement of any exhibit related materials.
2. Decoration & related services
3. Electrical hook-up
4. Cleaning and maintenance of individual booths
5. Labor for additional electrical service, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
6. Waste basket at the booth.
Interior Booths More Suited for Table Top Exhibits, not Floor Displays. Perimeter booths suitable for either.
The exhibit area will be available for set-up of your exhibit, Sunday 8am, June 17, 2012. This day Sunday the 17th will be set up day only. Exhibit Hours: Monday, June 18, 2012 - 8am - 6pm; Tuesday, June 19, 2012 - 8am - 3pm and Wednesday, 20, 2012 8am-3pm. Exhibits will close on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 3:00pm. After 3:00pm dismantling of your booth may begin and please have booth removed by 5:00pm.
