EXHIBIT SPACE CONTRACT

By Submitting a signed copy of this contract, we request space in the exhibit area of the Sun N Fun Veterinary Conference®. The cost of a single booth space is $1,000.00 for a single booth; $1,200 for oversize booth; $1,600 double booth. Please provide a 50 word company description for use in the conference program. Each perimeter space (floor displays) is approximately 7'x10'; interior spaces (table tops) are approx. 6'x9'. All booths are piped and draped and include the following: One 6' or 8'x24" draped table ● Two chairs ● Electrical hookup ● Guard services (exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless the SNFVC, their employees and agents against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property) ● General maintenance of aisles, lighting & air conditioning. Booth space cost includes three badges (single booth) and up to five (oversize or double booth). More than included will be a $50 per badge charge. These spaces do not include: Storage and placement of any exhibit related materials ● Decoration & related services ● Cleaning and maintenance of individual booths ● labor for additional services ● waste basket Exhibit set up: Wednesday, June 12 - 10am-until Hall hours: Thursday, June 13 - 8am-4pm; Friday, June 14 - 8am-4pm; Saturday, June 15 - 8am-4pm Dismantle: Saturday, June 15 - 4pm Spaces will be assigned on a first come basis as contracts and deposits are received, although sponsors will be given their preference of booth space. Minimum non refundable deposit of 50% of amount due required to hold space, balance due no later than April 15, 2013. A confirmation with booth number will be sent after May 1, 2013. Room reservations can be made directly with Springmaid Beach Resort at 1-800-770-6895; Room rates ( based on 4 night stay) are $179 (Palmetto & Live Oaks), $168 (Cypress), all room rates include taxes and 2 breakfast passes each day, guest pass for pier and Harbor Oaks Miniature Golf.
